Habits are the foundation we build all progress on. Having good, positive habits make huge changes very easy, having poor habits make this hard.
It’s important to note that these habits are about our whole lives, not just health and fitness. As you’re probably aware, it’s very hard to excel in one area of life without the same behaviours and traits improving others as well. It also works in the opposite direction, poor habits in our fitness, health, relationships or work can all bleed into other areas of our life and make them more difficult. With that being said we’re not expecting the finished article here, not at all. This is an opportunity to reflect on where you’re at currently and be mindful of the areas you need to improve. We will revisit this weekly as we go through the course and track your progress.

It’s extremely hard to set goals and targets without first understanding where you are currently.
Here you are going to rank yourself on how knowledgeable you feel in each area. Each statement is going to link to an objective we are looking to improve over the course of the 8 week program. Please do not worry if you answer low or even 1 for all of these statements, we aim for you to be competent in all of these areas by the end of the program. We do not expect any prior knowledge, it just means you have more room to progress!<.p>
Now you have analysed some key areas about yourself, It’s time to set some goals and break some barriers.Goal setting is one of the most important things we can do when it comes to starting a new plan. We can’t start a journey without first knowing the destination.
We also need to identify your barriers, the reasons you need help, the reason you haven’t achieved your goals already, by identifying these barriers, we can overcome them and work towards success.
Online coaching is a 3 month minimum commitment and cancellation cannot occur before this without medical proof of being unable to continue with the program.
