Two years ago I had both knees replaced and was bed bound for 3 months. In that time I knew I had to get myself into shape using the basics that I could do around the house. I created time-effective, bodyweight workouts to get myself in shape after the operation. In the photoshoot on the left I was still in my knee braces!!
